Okay, so Sophia has a fundraiser for school and another for dance class, if you can believe that! I've decided not to participate in the dance class one for more reasons than one. First of all the fundraiser proceeds will go toward a new dance floor for a completely different dance studio. And secondly they are selling Party Lite candles which go for $20 a pop. I've already coughed up enough money for dance class and don't feel the need to participate in supporting another dance studio. Enough said. 
I am going to participate in the fundraiser for her preschool because 50% of the proceeds go directly to the school and I would like to extend the invitation to out-of-town family and friends. I don't get the Daycare fundraiser.
Doesn't 100% of your check to the Daycare, for day care of Sophia, go to the Daycare? I mean, the Daycare isn't doing this for free, they aren't taking the money from the fundraiser and sponsoring an impoverished child or subsidizing single parents are they?
Sophia isn't tempted by the fundraiser propagandists with an all day Barney marathon if she sells 40 items is she? Terra and Madeline are baited with these programs by a severely out of proportion reward system. Get this "MP4 Player" for selling 180 items, which is like $15,000 dollars worth of wrapping paper and cookie dough. Added to the insult is the "MP4 Player" is some cheapo knock-off that has an iPod touch picture but you know is nothing like that or else they would just call it an "iPod Touch".
