Sophia and I just finished this 100 piece puzzle in about ten minutes.  At first she was frustrated that she couldn't find any matches, but she was grinning ear to ear at the end when she put the final pieces into place.  We're going to get a few more....I'd like to get a 500 piece puzzle and see how long that takes us.  Days, I bet.
